Is there a good NOAA contact to whom I might address the following question?

From this afternoon's Rainier recreational forecast:

.SATURDAY NIGHT...MOSTLY CLEAR. FREEZING LEVEL 13500 FEET.
.SUNDAY...SUNNY. FREEZING LEVEL 14000 FEET.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...MOSTLY CLEAR. FREEZING LEVEL 13500 FEET.

Forecast temps for Sat night, Sun, Sun night, Mon.
SUMMIT   (14411 FT)     26     24     24     23

Is there an easy way to reconcile the two predictions, particularly for Sunday? As I understand it, you subtract ~2-3 degrees C/1k' of elevation. That would suggest that, at the coolest, Sunday's daytime summit temperature would be ~29 F.

Just jonesing for consolidated snow.... (and perpetually trying to understand inconsistent numbers)

Edit: Resolved itself - Morning forecast shows 13k freezing level and summit temp of 24 for today.
