Myself and a friend did the Spearhead last weekend, experienced very warm temps with corn to mashed potatoes the first day, camped @ Pattison Col. Day 2 Pattison to the hut, day started out with ice on the Platform glacier traverse, then was a mix of mostly breakable crust, with a couple of sun affected corn descents. Day three pea soup. Over all an awesome place to be, great scenery , would like to spend more time out there and go earlier when Whistler is open. Pics to follow.
