What about a chat function?

While I was reading the new posts (good stuff today!) and making a few of my own I noticed there were a bunch of folks online right now that I wouldn't mind chatting with. Would it be possible/feasable to add some sort of chat function here?<br><br>

There is a chat modification available for this bulletin board. If there is a real demand for a chat function, I can look into it in more detail (I already have the modification files). Potential problems would be (1) that I have already made other modifications which would prevent the chat mod from being easily installed, and (2) that it could really increase bandwidth usage if it was used a lot. I can ask on the YaBB forum about the latter concern.<br><br>What do others think about a chat function - useful or not really?<br><br>
