Andy Dappen, Tom Janisch and I made the most of a crappy forecast and turned it into an incredible day of skiing.  South side ascent to a powdery north side descent.  Okay, it wasn't winter powder, but it was great skiing nonetheless.  Parking at the trailhead was a real luxury.  We shuttled a car near the end of the Icicle for our return.  We skinned up to the West peak of Cashmere, then descended down Dr. Creek.  We ended up hiking about two miles of logging road back to the car.

Overall another fantastic spring day East 'o the Crest!

Cool panorama from the day's ski:

Awesome! I had been wanting to do the same but my partner bailed. Boo! Glad to see that it was a decent idea but just unable to come to fruition.

A tad better visibility than we had up there the day before!

Nice TR and great ski!
