Crustfest low down, nice powder in protected but somewhat open areas (not subject to tree bombs/pee) - found plenty of turning on both a northern ridge and shaded western slopes. Time to sniff out the powder. We returned to crust and did the zorro thing below about 4500. A groomer or snowmobile track below that level is handy right now.
