Three weeks ago, I took my first trip to the Wallowa's. Two weeks later, I went back.
This is the view from that trip.

Joseph, and the valley

Chutes, coolers, terrain everywhere.

I mean everywhere...

5 days, 25,000 feet of climbing, skiing and gawking. It was the best 5 days of skiing ever. I'm ready to go back.

Northwest,
Look like you found some decent conditions. Which area did you visit? Looks kind of like McCully.

Looks like the north side of Chief Joseph. Did you approach from Hurricane Creek? I was there three weeks ago also (down from Walla Walla) and it was a glorious weekend to be sure!
