I went from Gold Creek sno-park up the road below the lakes, across Coal Creek, then up through the woods following a track from yesterday with 5-6 inches of new in it, to the top of Kendall knob.  28 F at the Pass at start. Saw 3 boarders on the west side on the way up. Two other tele skiers caught up to me near the top and quickly zoomed off, doing laps mid-mtn.  Nobody else was there celebrating Super Bowl Sunday, and there was LOTS of untracked powder. 5 to 15 inches on top of a crust that took a hard pole punch to break through, with lighter below that. No evidence of slides of the last two days snow.  Light snow showers till noon, with clouds moving in and out, and staying in the valley. I skied down on SSE slopes, with a little sloughing, feeling bottom once in awhile.  Light snow from 5K to 4K, not much sloughing, then getting moist below 4K and after 2 PM.
