Toured both days in super cold temps, but considering all the previous weather the skiing was pretty good and the skinning fast although icy and slippery on steeper aspects.  The main bowl at 7000 ft was like skiing hard pack groomed on Sunday and then on Monday it was icier.  There were plenty of places with soft snow as well, especially lower down in the meadows between trees and on lee sides of some ridges.  Will be heading back out on Thurs. as long as it doesn't rain in the morning, if anyone is interested in hiking with over 8" of new since yesterday.
have fun up there Thurs.  FYI: loaded areas mid to lower on slopes at Meadows resulted in Hard Slabs up to 3' deep that were difficult to trigger on ski cuts.
