Very nice day in cougar! Sun was out, wind was low, moods were good! The snow was marginal in a lot of spots from the summit down. The troughs were generally good deep corn but the walls were pretty icy. Conditions were mush-mush approaching the tree line.
Forest road 83 was also very icy in the upper part, bring chains of you don't have studded tires or AWD.

I gave the BD Megawatts their first mountain tour with a pair or BD factor boots....Sick gear, but I gotta give it a thumbs down for touring...as one might imagine.. Cry
