Sadly, more ice than corn, but the alpine was scenic at least. Began the tour from HRM up Pea Gravel, and Wy'east looked inviting. Unfortunately I was ill prepared solo without crampons, or ice axe, and was forced to bail on that thought. So I side slipped down into the Newton Clark Glacier, and the Newton Creek Drainage offered a bit of soft corn. I took a couple of shots through the upper canyon, and finally down the creek to the bottom of PGR. Back up the North side of PGR and one last shot of sun softened snow to HRM.
