Found sun over in the Teanaway. 6" to 12" of heavy pow since the rain event. Mt. Stuart's snowpack is looking thin for mid-January.

Cascadian Couloir slid to ground. Ulrich's is in better shape

The road is washed out in several places. Nothing too bad though.
Nice trip! Where/how bad were the washouts along the N. Fork?

nice work jay and company- looks like it was worthwhile, sun and good views are a good reward.

Thanks! Thought about heading that way this weekend - looks like we should've! :).

Thanks for the pics. Curious....did you guys skin the road or use sleds?

We used sleds from 29 Pines campground to just pass the Ingalls/Longs Pass trailhead. Skinned up from there (although there are sled tracks all the way to the pass, which is the wilderness boundary). If you're sans sled and don't want to slog up the road for 10 miles, you could get there early on a weekend with a case of beer and a tow rope and probably hitch a ride with someone.

The snowpack on the road has been washed out in a about five places from 29 Pines campground to Beverley campground, but the snowmobile track found an easy way around each wash out. Should be no problem with a couple feet of new snow.

Beautiful pictures!  Thanks for the shots.
