I never thought that living on Beacon Hill in Seattle would result in 3 days worth of ski touring out my backdoor.....well this year proved me stupid.
1st Day
- 13th avenue to bottom of Holgate's I-5 Overpass.
- Skinned from West side of Beacon to McClelan and lapped between 20th and Rainer for hours.
2nd Day
- Descended College Street
- Toured to Columbia City via Mont Baker and 42nd, returned to home via Dawson and Beacon.
3rd Day
- Skied front yard of house
- Holgate again down to Cash and Carry for supplies.

Dawson is awesome! 3 blocks long on one of the steepest streets around with no cross streets.
I made a sled out of an old ski and some plywood, I was making turns and getting full on face shots all the way down in about 4-5 inches of light snow on Saturday night.
