From Gold Cr sno-park up the road 9090, across the saddle west and up to whatever it's called west of the lakes to 4500' and turns back down the SW and S facing ridges and back up to west spur of rd 9090: 12-20 inches of powder over icy crust. Nothing sliding even where steep. Trees loaded. Sunshine all day. 10 deg F at 9:00 AM, and stayed cold and calm. Was this really Snoqualmie Pass? By 2:30 PM there was some melting and just a bit of suncrust forming on open S slopes at ~3500'. There's an interesting snow bridge with a hole in it crosssing and viewing Coal Cr at ~3200'. Beautiful moonrise over Rampart Ridge.
