Left the lot just after 9 and moseyed up the snowfield with a hiking friend for his first trip to Muir. Skinned to Muir, though my companion found crampons requisite on the hard surface. Windy, with a threatening lenticular above all day, but it never dropped below Gibraltar. Softer boilerplate at and above Moon Rocks, frozen corn or friendly trap crust below. Good to see Scott and Chloe, et. al.
