Rottefella Hot Chili Cables

I recently scored some older Work Stinx off Craigslist, and they need a little work.  They came with the Rottefella Hot Chili binders that are missing cables and heal latches (photo attached).

Does anyone know where I can get replacement cables and heal latches for these bindings?

I however would probably just look into upgrading the binding. I had two pairs of chili bindings. One with springs attached with a cable and one pair with rod attachments and was never really happy with either of them. Once I chopped 'em off and replaced the bindings with a modern compression cartridge binding I've been much happier.

Before I did that though I researched replacing my springs with cobra cartridges and found that that doesn't work either. Not quite the same attachment point at the bindings.
