Road to Paradise opened shortly after 9:00 am, Lori, Gary and I were the first car up. Road quite icy but sanded. Paradise socked in, snowing steadily. Headed up Mazama in about 6-8" new, cold powder. Skied as far as last stand of trees at Van Trump Memorial, "braille" skied back to lower Mazama to make runs with trees for orientation.Shortly after 2:00 the fog lifted, great visibility in filtered sun with views of summit, so were compelled to make several more runs, River Run was best. Outstanding powder everywhere. Got back to parking lot at sunset. Best day this season yet. :)
Sounds like an exemplary ski day, Lady!
Thanks for the great report! :)

That's the difference between being a lightweight and a heavyweight--one finds wonderful powder everywhere, the other finds whatever breakable crust that exists! ;D ;D
