Headed up after leaving work a bit early. Drove to top of clearcuts @4200ft by 6, Climb up west bowl and hit first snow patches @4550ft, topped out @~5300ft below cliffs. Got a ~650ft run down the east bowl (two short carries over rocks) to the top of the waterfall @~4650 and a ~450ft run down the west bowl. (with 1 carry and some pine needle skiing) Snow suncupped and somewhat rock studded (and refreezing on west bowl run). Returned to car @sunset.

Joy-o-meter fairly high despite suncups and carries-- but then I'm easily amused.

I was actually there yesterday and saw some hikers in the west bowl. I think it's more or less done for the year. Last week it was considerably better with only one, easy carry. Nice pictures though, way to get it!
