Left Portland around 6:30am... arrived at Tilly Jane to find road to Cloud Cap was open!! Arrived Cloud Cap campground around 9am... left car around 9:30am. Hiked for 4 hours to gain top of Snow Dome... had some lunch... then blazed the melting "spring" corn back down. Video here:

Sweet vid - I like the rockfall part and DJ Jazzy snowboarder. We'll be heading up there next week. Looks like the conditions are still good. Did you ski any of the Langille Bowls at all?
Thanks for the feedback... the rockfall was pretty amazing to watch (from a distance of course). Conditions up there are good... snow is very soft... but surprisingly it did not stick to my (untuned) boards. A layer or two of wax sure wouldn't have hurt though. We did not ski the Langille Bowls... but there is quite a bit of good snow to be had up there... albeit melting very fast, as you can see in the video. Hope the weather is as good for you as it was for us!!!
