I received a text from shane during work for and evening adventure. We decided that skiing Klahhane Ridge till dark and bivy on the ridge would be just what we needed.
The snow was full of sun cups but was soft. Oppx 700ft of snow field is melting fast with this warm weather we are getting.
The sky was clear with great views.
We both had to work the next day, so we were up and on the trail at 5am. It was awesome to watch the sun come up from behind Mt Baker.

Thanks T. I was wondering what was left there. 700vf is not so compelling quite yet this season.
