Anita and I left Rainy Pass TH, toured left side of valley towards Lake Ann, then booted up steepish terrain to Point 6685 on divide and lovely panorama among scattered alpine larches and subalpine fir. Skiing down from the ridge was a bit sluffy but fun, followed by nice turns and firm corn down chute on our ascent route. Exit via hard debris-covered snow in dense trees to road. Walked road about 1/4 mile to TH, cyclists and support crew from Redmond Cycling Club and camper (beer). Very nice day.
