Hello, from the land of: Turns (not) All Year. I guess if you wanted to do T-A-Y you could find something on Shasta but I think that would be stretching it.
Anyway, Lassen has fair - good conditions on its Northerly aspects. There is good coverage on the East side, but the sun cups are out in full force (1' high).
Shasta has skiable conditions, on its NE side (Brewer Crk.), as well. So there you have it from the Southern Cascades -- enjoy your large snowpack.
