Thank you Ron.

Having started this thread, I think the time has come to end it and allow everybody to continue the healing process.

I am asking the moderators to lock this thread if  that is possible to preserve it's integrity.

Participants and family members can continue to communicate through personal messages.

I would like to close with a photo of Kevin posted by his parents. It is entitled final salute and sums it up for me.
