Seven members of the WSTC made the Cutthroat Traverse from Rainy pass on HWY-20 on Saturday.
Conditions were pretty good -- a few bare spots lower down on either end -- but I only had to carry a total of about 200 yards. Snow surface was good -- some suncupping. but soft enough for pleasant skiing. Partial overcast kept mush from developing.
