Good soft snow skinning up. On descent there was an excellent inch of corn on firm base north slopes 5500-4500', sloppier lower down and on other aspects. Nice corn in the forest on debris cupping snow. No pollen slowdown. Happy day, rain started five minutes after beginning the drive home!

Mmm - check out that excellent snow in the second photo. Fun day!
Below, Silas demonstrates convincingly that the corn harvest is not limited to silly blue hat wearers (However, if you look very carefully, he's wearing an understated dark blue hat).
