... and here is a quickie conditions & snowpack summary:

May 22, Newton Creek Canyon snow was a bit dirty looking, but skied fine; then after a lap there, snow from Tie-In Rock was a mix of all sorts of stuff, but mainly pretty good.

May 23, weather bad, so just toured around the closed Mt Hood Meadows, conditions up high were nice (fresh snow) but winds were vicious, down lower snow was falling but kind of gloppy, and pure rain at the bottom (though the snowpack there skied very nicely)

May 24, skied from very tippy top of Superbowl (i.e., base of Wy€™East Face, which we decided not to climb since the weather could have changed on us) down into the base of Heather Canyon, with a mix of all sorts of stuff, but mainly pretty good, then skinned up out of Heather to top of ski resort, which was okay to the bottom

May 25, weather bad, so just skinned up Palmer to about 600' vert above the top lift, snow up high was quite nice, but vis offered no contrast

May 26, up Tilly Jane trail to Elliot Glacier to Snowdome, almost turning around numerous times because of nervousness over various factors, but the routefinding, the weather, the visiblity, and the crevasse hazard (or rather lack thereof) just kept getting better, so skiing from the base of the Sunshine route on my final run of the trip, the snow was, well, let€™s allow Jeff to provide the commentary and me to provide the action:
