Stevens pass touring spot for sale.

Does anyone know if this parcel got sold? I poked around on the links in the thread and the original "for sale" link is no longer valid.
The tax link shows Weyerhaeuser still as the owner but that might not get updated after every sale.
Just curious...

Has anyone considered this: Vail may have purchased Stevens Pass Ski Resort with eyes on a real estate development in there?

They can sit on the land and wait for timber prices to drop and the economy to tank (and interest rates) and then build a nice, gated condo block in there on cheap credit.

Just sayin'.
