NW Snow Buddy iPhone app: How To

For those that noticed, iOS9 caused a problem with the app. There is an update in the AppStore now that fixes it. I also fixed the NWAC avalanche forecast zones and the WA webcam links.

For those that have been waiting, I'm working on a new version of the app that should have some nice improvements like availability on Android and offline caching of data. Hoping to finish it up in the next month or two. I'll post here when there's more to say.
